Heres a picture off ebay of the FC type hubcaps.  For the FC they are chrome steel (FE were mostly stainless steel).

Can't wait to get the hubcaps back from the chromers in a few weeks.  These are a important feature of the original car.

Red paint exact color is unkown.  A 80's commodore color is regarded as close.  The color is called maranello red.
