The brakes are now pretty much finished. They might need some minor adjustments once its on the road. The old drum brakes are not self adjusting so will need the occasional tweak to keep them braking evenly and a good pedal feel.

Adam helped bleed the air out of the system and we now have good pedal pressure.

We had a little issue with the clutch fluid leaking but that was quickly solved. It doesn't appear to have damaged any of the paint under the car as we cleaned it up very quickly.

Other items completed are the steering wheel, indicators, horn button and gear lever. The reconditioned steering wheel looks fantastic. I think its painted in 2pak gloss black.

I picked up the exhaust pipes yesterday. They come premade so hopefully they fit ok.

The aim is to have the car ready drivable this weekend, and ready for rego inspection by the end of next weekend. Looks like a few more late nights !!
